I don't speak for every Maidstone fan, but for me right now the next results almost seem irrelevant. Given recent form, a loss would be no surprise. A win is always nice, but wouldn't bring the normal joy. Jay Saunders has been such an integral part of the last few years, it's hard to imagine Maidstone United without him. This is so much more than a normal football sacking. The next home game is going to be a surreal experience.

I see Dover have relieved Chris Kinnear from his duties. Probably not a surprise really.

I don’t think Kinnear was able to get his message through to his players. Because he didn’t have a tall enough ladder.

Not sure that a change of manager will have too much impact without a huge change in players too. Their team of lump it high and long players aren’t suddenly going to turn into Barcelona with a new coach

No great surprise that rock-bottom Braintree have parted company with manager Bradley Quinton. Then again, they were always likely to struggle back at this level.

Hakan Hayrettin continues to ply his trade in Essex. He's back at Braintree as interim. He was of course there the last time they were in the National where his Braintree side did the double over us on the way to being relegated.

Following on from Sam Ricketts not being at Wrexham v Newport in the FA Cup on Saturday, he's now confirmed as Shrewsbury's new manager. Wrexham on the search again. nonleague.today/news/details.php?news_id=3206Wrexham have a bit of history of managers going up to higher things, with Dean Keates doing the same last season to go to Walsall, eventually causing Wrexham to flounder at the tail end of the season and miss out on a play off spot.
