Glad to see I'm not the only one who thought timall was getting Ayunga mixed up with Drinan. For me, the former has shown a maturity beyond his years, both on and off the ball.

Maidstone was better than Havant granted, but he had 20 minutes on Saturday and made the impact off the bench. What worries me (and I was standing next to the dug out) is the number of times he needed to be shouted at just to concentrate on what should be simple and natural stuff. Standing on the wrong side of the pitch for goal kicks, missing unchallenged headers etc. Hoping it will click in due course but Ross doesn't give you those little headaches. As I said I am happy to leave it to the boss to pick the team, and he certainly sees more of all of the players than we do. Like in most position the quality of the squad presents us with nice problems to have. I’m glad you’re happy for Dos to pick the team as you don’t have a choice in that. I just find that a rather strange statement

I think it's nice to see people defer to the manager's judgement in such matters. Professional courtesy and all that. Makes a refreshing change to most other football forums and their preponderance of armchair managers who all seem to think their decision-making prowess is superior to the gaffer's.

To be fair, he was a proper handful today in the first half.
Plenty to work on with respect to reading the game and winning headers (some lovely flick-ons, but other times allowed the defender a free header). With a good squad of players, and our experienced management team he will be picking up knowledge all the time though.
Worked well with Tommy so it's strong competition up front for the rest of the season. Nice problems for the management to have of course.

Ha, I hope not! Probably could have done with a little punctuation. Guilty. Maybe people in glass houses (and who end questions with full stops) shouldn't throw stones! Who! Me!!!

So you still haven't learned how to use a question mark?

Shouldn't that be an exclamation mark?

You really should teach me about punctuation. I really have no idea?

You really should teach me about punctuation. I really have no idea? Do you mean that you have no eye for the difference between an exclamation mark and a question mark? And you don't have to call me dear!
