I had no idea that Captain Fantastic was a fellow Hammer! Hopefully he can take heart from the fact that after West Ham were on the receiving end of a 4-0 drubbing against Liverpool last month, they bounced back with a convincing 3-1 win against Everton in September. Here's hoping JC gets to play on Saturday...
Have to say I couldn't see any contact at all between Josh Taylor and the keeper on that replay. Looked like a dive to me, and the ref called it right. Shame, because if he'd stayed on his feet, he was in a potentially dangerous position...

I felt really sorry for JC having to be a co-commentator on that performance but thought he got it right in trying to say positive things shortly after conceding the goals but saying nothing critical about how the goals were conceded. Best thing is forget tonight and focus on Wrexham, Saturday when hopefully we can get back to winning ways.

Incidentally, the highlight of the whole commentary is the way that Sohail pronounces Ayunga's name 11 minutes and 52 seconds in. He makes it sound like a samurai battlecry.
