Swiftly moving on from Tuesday nights draw against Dover we face the challenging task of going to the unbeaten leaders - Leyton Orient.
I’m looking forward to visiting Brisbane Road again (or the Matchroom Stadium which I think it’s called nowadays) but hoping we can put up a more resilient display than last years showing where we lost 4-1.
I suspect we’ll take quite a few for this one! C’mon the U’s!

Well we certainly won't be underestimating them as they are top of the League. Just hope we have a fully fit squad.

As long as the “U’s” can stuff the “O’s” by running rings round them they can call it “Dunkin Donuts Den” which is quite catchy, whilst we can continue to use GGL for sport and Knights etc., for business. And it will certainly stop them from braying about being top come 5 on Saturday.

Last season we went to Orient having just gone top of the league, and were well beaten. This season we go to Orient who have just gone top of the league...

The Orient keepers name is Brill. They, and he, must have forgotten the 'ant'
Minus the i of course.

To be fair, Brill was actually a pretty decent keeper when he was playing for Inverness, but picked up a nasty knee injury which I don't think he's ever really recovered from. As an Inverness fan it's good to see him still playing, although also happy to hear he's not having a blinder today

Great result today. Pity I couldn't be there as loved the atmosphere there last year. The Orient forum, so far, admits we got our tactics right today and deserved the win. Factual summary of the league season so far. Played against 9 of the other top 12 of the current table, including all of the others in the top 7. Only played 5 of the bottom 12 of the current table. 4 points off top place and 15 points off the bottom 4. Half way to the normal number of points for safety and less than a third of the games played. For me, that is more than respectable.

Sorry about posting the same 3 times, I was in a car returning from Caley to Fort Augustus and the A82 is very bumpy🤪🏴
