I might be tempted to offer him a custard cream biscuit and to watch the game from the gantry.. Hang him from the gantry more like then he will have an all round view. I think he'd make a great guest commentator, although I suspect he may be a trifle partisan..

It amazes me that people get excited over a pissed up bloke spouting rubbish at a game.
We've got plenty of our own...

Don't take this the wrong way trev, but you do realise many of us on here know all about him, as the whole "raider" phenomenon happened when we were playing the same league as them? I remember when the Stones came to GGL after this all exploded and the poor bugger was being followed by a whole gaggle of "fans" who wanted pictures with him - he didn't look hugely comfortable with the adulation. Or again, maybe he was pissed.

Ha! I'm still relatively new to this non-league malarkey - sometimes I forget that most of you on here have been avid supporters for decades. I only became aware of this guy after the draw was made, and a friend of mine mentioned the Wealdstone Raider. Checked his online profile and I couldn't believe the level of exposure.
I do actually feel for the guy - many of us have said inappropriate things at matches in the heat of the moment, this guy did it and it went viral and it's changed his life completely, and charitable work aside, decidedly not for the better.
There's a moral in there somewhere...

I see Dunston UTS v Gateshead is the mouthwatering tie picked to be televised by the BBC. Can't say that one leapt out as an unmissable clash.

Local derby, step 5 at home to step 1 for maximum cup shock. It’s the perfect tie for what the BBC look for

I did another 14 hour working day yesterday. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

Wealdstone are going to get a good turning over - that’s me setting the agenda for the week on the forum.
The boys after lightning up Dublin last night will turn these lot over.
I’m predicting a riot (a football one) akin to Dartford.
Wealdstone 1 SU 5

I'm sure if there's a replay that segregation will be imperative. ...and a naughty step for the Wealdstone Raider! It's not just him. I seem to remember the last time we played them here in the league there were a few undesirables.

A few of us visited Wealdstone last Saturday to see their match against Hampton. Very easy journey from Morden to Ruislip, crossing platforms Stockwell, Oxford Circus then escalator at Baker Street, with just 8 mins walk to ground from Ruislip Station!
The ground has not changed a bit in the last 4 years but the people we very friendly.
Had a chat with Simon Quality Downer and Tom Lovelock. Wealdstone are no walkover they are playing with spirit and belief. They used the slop in the 1st half, scored 2 goals and but for Tom Lovelocks incredible performance including a penalty save, Wealdstone could have scored another 4! However after 25 mins both teams ran out of steam, Hampton scored a goal set up by Dundo and in the 2nd half it was a very even game.
So lets get together make the journey, wear the Amber & Chocolate and support our great team in the FA Cup.

There's a moral in there somewhere... Have I seen him before?? In the wonderfully un-PC 60's the local Grammars: Glyn, Sutton, Wallington, Reigate held a 6th form version of rag-week for charity with team horse-play. In one game playing the Joker involved hurling a dwarf at an archery target. In the absence of a vertically-challenged 6th former a 1st year brother would do. I have a feeling I saw this guy being propelled like a human torpedo with the words "You want some? Head that butt!" on his way to skull a gold. Probably explains subsequent events.
