As we will be without a recognised centre back until at least the end of October who would you like to see come in on loan? Difficult I appreciate as it includes an FA cup appearance.
My suggestions are Terrell Thomas or John Terry

Well we have Charlie Clough still unless he’s got injured too?! But yes we need an addition at centre-half and up top also.

My suggestions are Terrell Thomas or John Terry I'm sure Mr Terry's agent is, as we speak, trying to temper his client's overwhelming excitement at a potential short term loan move to a part time 5th tier team. |

Wouldn't be a big shock, John Terry's brother has been a regular visitor to GGL in the past, probably already told him what a great place it is!

Terry won't be happening as he last night re-signed for Aston Villa as their assistant to Dean Smith, who has left Brentford.

As I recall, Dos said in his post-Barrow interview that JC and DB could be fit for Hartlepool on the 27th. It's likely that at least one of them will be back then. That means it's probably just the Bohs and Wealdstone games we've got to get through with only one of our regular CBs. After an uncertain first 15 minutes, Aswad performed well enough in that position at Barrow. So I think we'll manage without a loan signing.

Dos will get a loan in if either he thinks we need one or a player comes available that can add something to the squad. And the chances are if we do get one it will probably be someone we don't know - we didn't really know who Terrell was or Adam May before they joined us.
