They knocked the far end down in the summer. I think they were hoping this work would have started by now.

That stand on the collingwood red side of the ground with the changing facilities for the teams using the park, a tea hut and toilets would be iideal pitches would be ideal. We could use the Arsenal donation and call it the Gunners stand or even better name it after whoever wants to chip in for the remainder of the cost.

The fans are getting worried. The work needs to be done before the league deadline. LINKRegister to read link Stewart. Can you put some highlights up here? Here are a few.. I find it to be a real shame, given the ambitious nature of this project and the amount of time that has passed since it was first proposed, that we are even having to discuss and contemplate a groundshare as a potentially necessary option. This could be damaging for several reasons, not least possibly losing supporters who may have become interested in the club since our cup run last season, even if only for one season. I don't want to be too critical yet - there is still time and I have to believe we will soon start to see signs of visible progress. But the uncertainty surrounding this cannot be helping matters on the pitch ***** This ^^^ I cannot believe this wouldn’t cause rucks in the Boardroom and work its way through the club. They’ve had over two years to sort out contracts and finance and they’ve gone and knocked down one of the most iconic Non league stands and fck’d up. Saying that it was clear the benches end needed some tlc as does the rest of the ground. **** I just wonder - the fact that the club haven't really said much/anything about there being a potential issue/problem. Whether that is a good thing or a bad thing? Perhaps it depends how cynical you are I suppose. No doubt it will all come to a head soon though one way or another. We will just have to await developments I suppose.
