Another brilliant interview from Dos giving an honest assessment of where we are financially and our satisfactory position in the league.
I'm happy and in Dos we trust!

SUFCtv : INTERVIEW Paul Doswell Bromley 2 Sutton United 1 VNL 1/1/19 : I didn't think we played particularly well but let's see how Bromley get on in their next two games against a Fylde and Harrogate.

Interesting thoughts from Dos as he said we do need to look at what we can do to move this club on in the future.

Absolutely Mark, if our club could make the National League its natural position, it will be a immense achievement. 10 years ago we could only dare to dream of being a good National side, now its a reality the challenge to stay here is even greater. Trouble is new fans have come in on the back of the FA Cup run, and the clubs rise through the last 2 divisions, and just expect it to continue into league 2.

It's such a shame that Dos even has to mention the minority who still don't get how well we are doing when the majority of us do.
Mr Frake is spot on once more, they should take note and I sadly have a feeling we will have to refer to this interview a few times this season.

We all know Dos reads the forum but unfortunately he takes it to heart when someone starts a totally uncalled for thread.
Bearing in mind the 1500 odd season ticket holders we have there is always one or two who will feel unhappy and i would suggest to him to ignore the nonsense that is sometimes written more in haste after a game because i expect the author may well think differently upon reflection.

If a couple of ludicrous comments inspire Dos to deliver an erudite and impassioned rebuttal then so be it, but our manager needs to be aware that the vast majority of supporters fully appreciate how impressive this club's upward trajectory has been, including people like me, who only went to their first game a couple of seasons ago. Being competitive against teams with budgets way in excess of ours, let alone surpassing them as we've done so often this season is nothing short of magnificent, and it's certainly no fluke. It takes passion, commitment and ceaseless unrelenting hard work to sustain. Although I've been a West Ham fan since childhood, since I moved to Sutton a few years ago this club that I had no prior knowledge of holds a very special place in my heart, and always will.
