Let's hope we get back on track tomorrow. A decent performance, a goal or 3 and maybe even a win would be much needed. As a side note, the weather forecast on my app says there's a period of incredibly strong winds on Saturday afternoon. Won't help towards a quality game. Better get the frog tape and super glue out, don't want flying bit of grandstand everywhere.

Phew, thankfully that Gateshead effort went inches wide otherwise we'd have been in real trouble. A great fighting comeback to be proud of in the end. More of the same in front of the BT cameras next week please!
We are still lacking in penetration in the final third and the defence was opened up a bit too often at times but you can't fault our lads effort.
Kearney beginning to look like Tommy W mark two?

How did Barden fare? One for the future or now? I thought he looked nervous at 1st but was playing pretty well by the end. Very keen to impress as he seemed to be flying into tackles left right and centre. |
