I see Harrogate v Grimsby as a bit of a no-win situation for us. On the one hand, a home victory might help drag Grimsby back into the scrap, but it would also have the annoying knock-on effect of enhancing Harrogate’s play-off ambitions. That would not be ideal just prior to our match with them on Saturday. As long as Colchester and FGR get beaten, I would not be unhappy if Grimsby were to win. That would basically end any hope of Harrogate reaching the play-offs and give them much less motivation for Saturday. Colchester v Stockport is the most important from our perspective and anything other than an away win will be severely damaging to our hopes. Colchester have proved very difficult to beat for a while now and it may not be straightforward for the league leaders. Potentially, Mansfield v FGR could go wrong for us. Mansfield’s form has tailed off at the wrong time and they now find themselves outside the automatic promotion spots. We really need them to get back on track. Hanging on by a thread is the phrase that comes to mind. At least it's stopped suggestions of disloyalty levied upon those of us who think we're probably going down. Or, I assume it has.

Half-time and FGR are losing 1-0. Grimsby and those worthless Colchester holding on to a draw.

why do you endlessly keep saying 'worthless' Colchester? Is it supposed to be amusing?

Colchester have missed a penalty - this is all rather horrible to follow.

At the moment it would seem that Stockport Non-county are the worthless ones...

We can't complain about the results although the winning margins could have been better...

Well, those worthless Colchester lost.
Just trying it on for size. It would be truly mind bending if we all used exactly the same formulation.

Perfect set of results - including Crawley getting hammered (will need to return to form against Colchester at the weekend to steady their play-off push) and even Doncaster winning to keep some interest in 7th place (hopefully still the case for Colchester's penultimate match).
Onto Saturday. Oh, the nerves...

Anyway, there's not too much in it but I would say that Colchester's match against Crawley is a little tougher than ours against Harrogate. Should they lose and we pick up a point or three then, although things are still in their hands, they will be feeling pretty tense.
