As far as I am concerned Tottenham's nickname is 'Spurs' , didn't they call themselves the 'Lilly Whites' in the Chumley Warner days?

I've never heard Birmingham City be called 'Bummingham Titty'! According to wiki its: Given by fans in reference of the physical appearance of its executive, Karren Brady, 1990's nickname[3]Still if wiki says it, it must be true ;D

I used to go to Tottenham a fair bit in late 70's/early 80's as a good mate supported them. In the Paxton End or The Shelf, Spurs fans would sometimes chant "Yid Army".
