So who wants to write to the Guardian to say, "I was sorry to read that Name and Address Supplied missed the consultation meeting where they could have raised any objections to this work going ahead. Presumably this meeting regrettably coincided with washing day." I dare you

Looks like 2 portacabins stacked to me It's more "what is it's purpose" - site office or something more functional for the new season? As Bobby Childs said on twitter, exec box? (difficult to say if things are in jest or not in the written word!)

Is there going to be any improvement to viewing facilities for wheelchair users? I can't remember if we discussed it before!

I was really impressed by the improvements to the ground from last summer. However, as a traditionalist I am not a fan of this artificial pitch at all. It will almost certainly make me less likely to frequent the Lane as much as I used to. I appreciate the arguments in favour and wish the club massive success as a result, it's just not football to me

I have been watching the Women's World Cup in Canada where they have been using artificial pitches. Nothing wrong with the bounce of the ball and after a while I forgot what type of pitch they were playing on. In my opinion the modern pitches are excellent. One question though - I assume the squad will be training on the pitch, so why remain with morning training? More cash coming into the club by renting the pitch out in the evening?

In these days when pitches have to be better and better every year to pass the test of being fit to play on, why does the thought of a perfect one put you off??

Think you'll change your mind once you've watched a couple of games. The football can only end up a better spectacle.

A decision was taken to go with a morning training schedule. Don't see how this will change anything and I doubt money came into it.
