So in step 2...
North: Halifax, Altrincham, Kidderminster, Darlington, Salford South: Welling, Hampton, East Thurrock, Poole, Hungerford
No need for any teams to swap between North and South it seems.

I'm sorry that Altricham went down as that was one of the grounds I wanted to visit. Instead we've got Guiseley - who? Plus Barrow, Wrexham and Tranmere which will be new grounds for me. Me too...it was only 20 minutes from home. Now Ive got the exhausting 30 minute drive to Macclesfield and Chester

I'll try and balance things out a bit by saying I'm really glad we've got Guiseley instead of Altrincham. This is simply because the latter is a new ground for me, the former isn't and I haven't had many for the last few years

So we've got the following for next season:
Aldershot Town Barrow Boreham Wood Bromley Chester Dagenham & Redbridge Eastleigh Gateshead Guiseley Lincoln City Macclesfield Town Solihull Moors Southport Torquay United Tranmere Rovers Woking Wrexham York City
Plus 3 of Forest Green, Braintree, Dover and Grimsby Plus 1 of Ebbsfleet, Maidstone, Truro and Whitehawk Plus 1 of North Ferriby, Fylde, Harrogate and Boston
If I'm right we've never played York, Tranmere, Solihul, Guisley, Chester, Grimsby, North Ferriby, Fylde and Harrogate. We have played Torquay and Wrexham but only in cup comps (Torquay twice in 89 and once in 93, and Wrexham a few seasons back in the FAT), although we've never played at the Racecourse Ground. Some of those sides we've not played in the league in a while (Dagenham since the mid-90s, Macclesfield since the early 90s, Lincoln since 1986/7, Southport since 2000, Boston since the early 90s) whilst others are a lot more familiar - certainly having to go to Eastleigh again doesn't fill me with any excitement. I've said it now - I'd rather go to Boreham Wood.

It'll be 10-11 for me, hopefully get the chance to spread them over a couple of seasons as they're either up north or Torquay (was working when we played them in the cup in 93ish)

Minimum 11, max 12. Barrow, Chester, Guiseley, Lincoln City, Macclesfield Town, Solihull Moors, Torquay United, Tranmere Rovers, Wrexham, York City, any of the northern teams going up but only Grimsby from the play offs. Very excited about all of them!

Maximum of two new grounds for me - Solihull Moors plus the club going up via the North division play-offs (unless that's Boston Utd). I completed my set of current National League grounds with a visit to Guiseley last November.

North Ferriby is a very charming place. It is however, absolutely tiny. It makes Banstead look enormous. The total population of the village is less than 4,000.

There's now a massive stand behind the goal at the far end. (Think Woking and you'll get the idea.)
