The toughened glass on a modern LED monitor doesn't implode like the old TVs when you boot it. The screen just topples over and keeps working - so fortunately I was still watching when Craig arrowed the ball in to save a point. Wow! A back to back 3 hours (Villa then Sutton) watching a vastly superior team - who should have been out of sight by the interval - waste chance after chance. All for a tad of composure in front of goal. Concentrate, miss the blocking leg and keep it under the bar!
A thought occurs that these monitors have microphones, so instead of the fake crowd noises in the EPL or managerial invective in the VNL coming over with the commentary, a reverse feed to the tannoy could broadcast the collective responses of the viewers.
Lucky for Trezeguet and Kealy BT Sport haven't got it yet.

No a point away from home is always a good result and that slope at Grosvenor Vale doesn't make things easy. Wealdstone's 3rd goal was a dreadful piece of goalkeeping ! Worse than our 2nd? I think so Andy. We have often seen errors such as the Wealdstone keeper not clearing the ball quickly enough but i don't recall seeing a keeper so far in one part of the goal that a 30 yard pass goes into the other corner of his net. Too early to really judge yet & i hope i'm wrong but we may have got a goalkeeper who is brilliant one moment then lets himself down the next.

I had great hopes for two wins yesterday then spent the rest of the evening trying to analyse what went wrong ! Still there is always the next game.

It may be that Dean feels he is better than this level and can play above it. I keep hearing the ‘Benitez’ quote but yet to be convinced.

When Isted came charging out of his goal almost to the sideline, surely the linesman should have been less than 10 yards away looking directly at the incident? How come he didn’t see that the ball came off the keeper’s head, not his arm? Almost as baffling to me as how we created a dozen clear chances and only came away with a point!

It was a game littered with a variety of errors, but they did contribute to the entertainment. Omar's opportunist goal off the keeper's clearance was reminiscent of the one that Tanto scored against Hartlepool back in March. Perhaps only Dean Bouzanis can tell us why he was standing by his left-hand post for their third, but I'm not going to criticise him for one positional misjudgement.
Matt won't be happy that, for the first time this season, we conceded more than once in a match. The flipside is a haul of nine goals of our own from the last three games.

Personally think the keeper has looked the part to me so far. I’m certainly not going to hammer him for that one mistake. It is one of the strangest goals I’ve seen though, you just expected him to walk over and pick it up. Quite how he was so far out of position is totally baffling, the guy even lined the shot up for a fairly lengthy time, not like it was out of the blue! Am sure he’ll put it behind him!!

Omar Bugiel’s Goal. It will be classed as a goalkeeper error, and probably won’t be a goal of the season contender – but here is why it should be. First, Omar recognised the opportunity - which did not appear until Isted knocked the ball forward just far enough to make a sprint to block the punt worthwhile. Second he had to get there on a right foot stride so his left could block the ball. Third he had to judge the height of the rising ball and meet it. Fourth Omar had to meet the ball dead-centre, and angle his foot down to send the ball into goal. All of which Omar executed perfectly. You will see many strikes from further out that look spectacular but do not require the same precision.

With no offence to the other he'd be in my team everytime compared to Butler.

He contributed to our loss against Notts County with his awful kicking and yesterday was out of position on a number of occasions. It’s a little bit worrying for me but I’m sure he’ll be fine once he gets to know the defence better. Yesterday Wealdstone had 3 shots on target, we had 10. We need to be more clinical in front of goal. It cost us against Dagenham and it cost us yesterday. I thought Harry was outstanding yesterday, a real shame his header wasn’t a couple of inches lower.

Considering that we haven't yet played many matches and that pre-season must have been a very peculiar one, I'm impressed with the way that the squad are slotting together. On a general level we're looking very coherent as a unit.
I know this is usually an 'anyone can beat anyone' division but given the results so far it seems that many teams are struggling to achieve the kind of consistency that we are more than hinting at.

This was mentioned yesterday in the commentary. Having kept the majority of last seasons team together has helped a lot.
