We go again this Tuesday against a team we have already played twice this season with 1 win & 1 draw both at GGL.
Dagenham spent quite heavily in the summer i believe but results haven't reflected this spending. I expect Sutton to be unchanged from Saturdays starting line up. There are also some interesting ties being played on Tuesday with big implications for us including Stockport v Notts County/Solihull v Torquay/ Wrexham v Hartlepool.

This is a really interesting set of midweek fixtures!!
So, IF we beat Daggers and Torquay fail to win at Solihull, beating Bromley next week will put us top of the League. The only side than can overtake us this week are Hartlepool, but getting a result at Wrexham is going to be a big ask for them. Eastleigh have snuck in there since we tore them apart a few weeks back and now face our victims from Saturday, Wealdstone. Eastleigh could be level on points with us if we lose, but need to turn around 9 goal inferior GD to go above is, and although they are playing Wealdstone and their leaky defence, I can't see that happening!
Stockport v Notts is probably the most interesting game of the night. Stockport have gone off the rails a bit since they changed managers, and Notts were going strongly until Chesterfield derailed them at the weekend. To be honest, a draw would be the best result, but I won't be too upset if Stockport grab a home win.

Rob Milsom was subbed for Ben Wyatt at the end of the first half on Saturday. Possible hamstring. So he could be missing tomorrow. Ben is a more than adequate replacement.
Omar and Tanto were also subbed on Saturday, both having taken a bit of a battering in recent games. Less reason to think they'll be missing, but one of them might be rested.
D&R didn't play on Saturday, but won at home last Tuesday, 1-0 v Bromley.
Solihull away midweek will be a test for Torquay, whose form has dipped in recent weeks. If things go well for us we'd close the gap on them to a single point.

Looking forward to this was hoping to go and commentate but Dagenham refused entry when they heard I was on the press list (don’t want to lose stream viewers to MIXLR) 😊⚽️

D & R 1 SU 3 Shame, can’t think of a valid reason. Therefore £10 streaming money they won’t get.

In one of those funny twists of fate, 2 years ago today we played....erm Dagenham away! lost 1-0 that day, but in those 2 years literally the entire side has gone, with only Eastmond and Davis still playing regularly for us (and Jude Mason was on the bench). Looking at the line up from that day, it shows how much we've strengthened the squad since then www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/47262532

In fact of our likely starting 11 only 1 other played in the National League in a different game that day. It's easy to forget what the extent of player turnover is at this level.
