Yes the new lay out looks very good and professional. The only thing that lets down the look of the cabin, is the two club badges on the out side off the cabin, it looks like the rain has effected them. Could something be done too them just to smarten up the cabin when you have time.

Yep, agree. Went in to get pre-ordered shirt and looked like a proper retail outlet. Nice job everyone concerned.

Thank you all for the positive feedback.
Without going into detail we are very happy with the investment, and takings at the shop. We hope the customers are happy too (if not let us know). It is fair to say after a single home game we have already taken a significant fraction of a previous season's worth of merchandising sales.

Agree with all the comments regarding club shop and full credit to Gareth and staff for the great layout of same When the club shop was in the ground it was also a base for the Supporters'Club regarding Coach Travel, Kit Sponsorship and Membership and used to stock home and away programme's taking up a lot of space. Shortly there will be a in stadium hub (Shed) for Coach Travel, Kit Sponsorship and Membership to keep the name of Supporters'Club manned by Derek, Iris, Andrew, and myself plus the Out of hours booking service will continue.

Gareth has done an amazing job and should be congratulated. He does have another job but you wouldn't know it, the amount of time he spends at the club.
I really the black shirt he was wearing on Saturday (nearly said modelled which would have been totally wrong!) and I hope to purchase one tonight.

Some of those comments are a bit harsh. Many fans (and volunteers) worked extremely hard in the old club shop. They made the most of what was there, and provided what they could. Maybe re-read (and re-write) some of your thoughts, and take into consideration those mentioned above.

Maybe re-read (and re-write) some of your thoughts, and take into consideration those mentioned above. The problem with the old shop was not the majority of the volunteers but the bloke supposedly in charge. When i offered free help and expierience to improve the merchandising(i ran several profitable retail units for a large high street chain)I was told to get out as i dont need anyone to tell me how to run my shop!I dont think any of the comments are a bit harsh and do not need a re write. When i offered my assistance DOS was amazed at the amount of unsaleable tat in the shop and Gareth walked out shaking his head.Enough said!
