Didn’t get to the game (Covid) and just seen the images of Richie's goal.
Someone needs to sort out that goal net!

Someone needs to sort out that goal net! What’s wrong with it? The yellow nets are excellent in my opinion.

Strange old game. A good one. No doubt we should have won it at the death. Their keeper’s save low down from Donovan was incredible. Terrible goal to concede. Agree we got very little out of the ref today, a very one sided view on it. One of his decisions almost cost us from the free kick that hit the bar. Think the yellows were generally justified mind(maybe other than Deano’s which was all a bit bizarre).

Not OCD on your part. I've noticed exactly the same!

Just seen the highlights! Bouzanis is trying to clear the ball but missed it and catches the player penalty yes. You can say why as the player is going away from goal and there is covering player there for me though he has made more great saves like the one at Crawley, so for me he’s a good keeper. The chance at the end Bugiel would score that nine times out of ten, so very unlucky, will score Tuesday.⚽️⚽️

Odd the highlights didn’t show Wilson’s chance at the end. Horrible mix up for their goal. Personally think Milsom should have just dealt with it as well in control of the situation. These things happen occasionally but a shame.

I thought we got our goal while on the ascendancy, and then tried to cruise a little bit to victory, sitting back a little. When they got the penalty we showed how much of a better team we are actually were and should have taken one of those chances and all 3pts.
I think if BR had of got the penalty on 19mins and gone 1 up we would have won the match. Others may have another view but I felt we gave them a little too much respect between goals?
Still a good point that leaves us in the Auto Promotion places..

This game could quite easily have ended 3-3. Great saves, goalframe repeatedly struck, opportunities spurned. We probably should have won it with the chances we had in the six minutes of stoppage time, but the point earned does take us back up to 3rd. I'll take that.
Richie Bennett had another great game, but it seems he'd offended referee Bobby Madley as almost every 50-50ish challenge in which he was involved was decreed against him. In the second half Sutton players went down four times in the opposition box but nothing was given either way for any of them. Did they really all just fall over?

Enjoyed it today apart from that shocking equaliser. What a terrible goal to give away, and two points with it. Deano made a mistake for their penalty, but don't forget the two terrific saves he'd made earlier in the game.

What was Bouzanis booked for? My mate who went to the game didn't seem to know, and when listening on the radio on the way home from work the commentator said it was because he was arguing with a player about his socks?! 😕🤷🏻♂️

On the yellow card question, as Tim said, Dean has 5 league bookings this season. If my recollection/understanding is correct, these have been accrued for a combination of time-wasting and/or arguing with the referee. I seem to recall that Ross Worner used to pick up a fair few bookings for time-wasting during his time at Sutton. The next cut off point for suspensions is 10 yellow cards by league match 32 (automatic 2 match suspension). Again, by my reckoning, the only Sutton player mathematically at risk of this is Omar - and he would need to pick up a yellow card in each of the next 4 league matches.

If ever we deserved a late win that was yesterday! We came at them so strong in extension time creating four huge chances with Omar, Donovan (who was fantastic) and Boldewijn * 2 (wish he really finds the net any time soon, ZERO goals so far from his position is a bit worrying)… But probably we had to pay the price for scoring late out of nothing in other recent games.
