As the article says the Club will not tolerate anti-social behaviour at anytime. We are immensely proud of the achievements of our team in becoming a member of the EFL. We now have increased attendances and are growing our support and profile both locally, nationally, and internationally. We want to continue along this path and therefore everyone, be they first time visitors, or multi-season regulars, must feel welcome and want to return.
To be clear the Club will work with the police, stewards, and other authorities, to ensure all fans, players and officials are supported and enjoy their time at the Club. The vast majority of our supporters feel the same way, and don't wish the minority to spoil it for others, or represent your club in a bad light.
Can I encourage anyone witnessing behaviour that has no place at our Club to report it to any steward or Club Official for it to be acted upon. The Club has assured all stewards they have the full backing of the Club in enforcing all ground regulations, and specifically those that refer to discriminatory or anti-social behaviour.
To be clear this can lead to arrest, ejection and banning from the Club, and other stadiums. In both roles as part-owner, and Director responsible for Matchday Operations I am happy to confirm the Ground Safety Officer, Stewards, and Police have my full support in this, and this in turn has the backing of the entire Board. All stewards, and match officials, are briefed before games to act to prevent anything which we as a club find intolerable, and the referee, or fourth official has the power to halt, or abandon, any game where such occurs to allow the Club to deal with it.
We are extremely proud of our supporters, both home and away, and will work with you all to ensure your matchday experience is the best it can be at all times, and we know you will support us in being ambassadors for the Club too.
As usual I encourage any of you to be in contact with me at anytime, and particularly on matchdays, on this subject.

Our "supporters" sing to the opponents "Where were you when you were s@%t?
I wonder where most of them were last season.

Brilliant, and just as important, rapid response.
I know one or two elsewhere have said there have been isolated incidents previously but you can only deal with what you know about.
Thank you.

I searched and found that there are 4 threads on this subject. Unbelievable to someone like me who has been supporting Sutton since 1966.
I really can't understand how we can be arguing on here about these kind of things. The person who seemed to be belittling the damage done, not just to the seats but our reputation, seems to have gone quiet all of a sudden. It also looks like he's changed his user name on here. But someone named him so must know who he (or she) really is.
I hope that the club are in correspondence with Wimbledon to try to apologise on behalf of some mindless morons.

They'd had three days and it is a difficult time of year to get repairs done
