A rumour is a rumour, might be true, might be false, or a bit if both. The rumour about KK addressed an issue with one of our players which was was very much afoot, and the rumour about Nadesan was that we put in an offer and the player had to agree, with their fans shocked he was leaving, a week or so later we see him sign to a club with more money than us, which for me shows there was weight to the rumour and it looks like Matt tried to sign him but could not get it over the line. We are not going to hear about such things through official announcements, as that just does not happen.. Ever get the feeling you're preaching to the unconvertible, Paz?! I expect he doesn't, because he articulated a theory very well. One which I say is "yeah, that's possbile". The point is that many many rumours are started by agents, more often that not with no real basis or a huge exaggeration, means my point about taking things with a pinch of salt is on point. The rumour about KK was, on July 12th, that he has agreed terms with Blackpool, and that Blackpool have agreed a deal with Sutton. Unless you think Matt is lying in his interview, this is untrue. A social media account said that Nadesan "is off to Sutton for 15k" but didn't know an offer came in from Gillingham where he went. Rumours are fine, but it's pretty obvious that many of them are at best unreliable or at worst baseless, doesn't that make it pretty obvious that they should be taken with a pinch of salt. There were no rumours about Patrick signing for us. |

Of course all rumours are taken with a pinch of salt. They wouldn’t be rumours if there was any certainty. They’ll continue to come and particularly so now we’re in the EFL limelight. I’m all for it and keeps things interesting in the summer months. Much rather that than no one talking about us.

All are entitled to their view. As long as I can acknowledge any rumours and have my own assessment on them I see no harm in that but nor do I wish to force others to pay attention if they do not wish to.. |

Jack and Oliver aren't midfielders. They are the two defenders from our Academy who played in pre-season. This probably just means they have been registered with the EFL.

I was waiting for them to be added. Now I can add a picture and details and put them in their rightful position, although Khinda played midfield for the academy side last season so that one's a bit debatable.

Another mistake from the Auto Website update folks. They have them both as midfielders. I did recall one being a center-back and the other being a wing-back, so did wonder. It also has Patrick down as a striker when he and Matt both see him as a winger. |
