I for one have been expecting Ben to leave ever since his father was side lined. A close family sure once one was out other would follow. Ben has suffered long absences through injury over last two seasons so wish him a fit season.

Was he injured or had he failed to recover fully from injury? I note he came on as a substitute in the Swindon match but didn't start any of your final ten matches. I think Sutton United supporters are going to have a very enjoyable 2024-25 season with Steve Morison at the helm. |

Whether it was on going issues with it or if it just led to other injuries we don't know. As much as our defence was a rock in the past, its hard to defend them last season (pun intended!). We can blame Matt for some clear mistakes, but some of our defending in first half of the season was school boy defending, and the second half of the season was not great either, though did tighten up a bit. |
