Effort was there and we were competitive but same old defensive errors and failure to score more than one goal. Truth wrexham took their chances and had a bench to change up a gear. None the less both goals could have been avoided.

I know hope springs eternal but most of us must have seen that result coming. It was, dare I say, fairly typical?

One off the best performances for a very long time and best under Morrison. We are playing much better now but it’s in the two areas that matter that is costing us goals and defending, cos at this level it’s really about goals more than defending that wins you games and when wrexham can bring on Mullins and Palmer who must be costing a fortune, that is the difference. For the referee not giving two blatant penalties which seem to happen when you’re down there, very frustrating and been happening all season. We must be proud of this team to night but it going to be really tough now with Forest Green winning.⚽️⚽️⚽️

Yet Again. Despite the effort which Can't be faulted Same old, same old. Can't score more than one. Can't defend. Two very weak goals given away. I don't think Morison has any idea of a first 11 starting line up.Each match has a different starting 11, leaves the better players on the bench to come on as subs when chasing the game. Ok so please enlighten us as to your starting line up. So many on the FB group and on here who field constant critisism yet fail to offer any suggestions as to what they would do. Easy to be an armchair pundit.

You said “leave better players on the bench”
So name your changes at least?

Sadly I did not get my first of 10 wins, not for the lack of effort . On to Bradford undaunted. Better not let them have more than 10% possession. We need to find a way of scoring more than 1 goal a game . Maybe start by finding a striker. If Morrison thought Sanderson was answer does not say much for his judgement but at least he is only on loan. His permanent signing Moore is even less effective. Williams his other signing just occupies a seat in stand. When you are down referees seem to miss everything we should have had one and probably two penalties the evening then might have been so much better.

We're now in a position of needing to win half our remaining games to have a realistic chance of staying up. Can anyone really say with hand on heart they see this squad hitting promotion form starting Saturday? Barring a miracle, we're plying our trade in non league again, no matter how well we played tonight. Was good while it lasted.

You can’t blame Morison for switching the team around in an effort to try and find a winning combination, but this team just seems incapable of winning a game now. The writing is very clearly on the wall I’m afraid. Game after game after game at both ends of the pitch where it really matters this team is lacking.

On the issue of the main stand there were a surprising number of empty seats especially in the rows the club held back from sale to ordinary supporters. They might have thought about releasing the seatS to small children who had difficulty viewing the game.

I thought I might get this. I am no expert or manager. But I was trying to point out that each game seems that there is a lot of changes in the starting 11.Yes I know it's a squad game and that a rotation system is being used . I'm sorry but that doesn't cut it. You've made a statement now put your big boy pants on and answer the question. Don't deflect it and shy away. I'm sure there are many in here that have heard your "support" in the stand. I certainly have and I know of others who won't comment but will read this as well.

I could copy and paste my comments made after previous matches.

So, assuming we go down, has it been worth it, taking all things in to consideration?

So, assuming we go down, has it been worth it, taking all things in to consideration? Absolutely. Fabulous playing in the Football League. Not looking forward to Non -league again.
