I think they will struggle to get a replay - No room for that kind trouble anywhere.
Reading about the appeal etc I think the best thing Kingstonian should of done was take there players off and not come back on due to the safety of there players instead of continuing with the game, Kingtonians comments mentioned the palyers were very shaken if that was the case take them off the pitch, Horrible scenes to be honest glad i wasnt there with the kids

And wasn't it K's fans who removed some of the sign board at the GGL entrance after the game last year? Or threw a flare onto the pitch at the p/o final?
I'm not suggesting they are as bad as the BW moron or that they regulalrly indulge in violence. As I said, those actions are at the extreme of bad behaviour. They are just nasty.

I remember Aylesbury in 88, FA cup game before Coventry. The site of over 500 fans going on the pitch heading in our direction was a bit scary!

I Think in all the years i've been going down the lane and on my travels, i've never had no trouble with other fans (Being a Big Skinhead is more of a reason).
Also just seen the footage of the Luton Vs York 'Trouble', That's football for ya!

I got the 'laughing matter' bit by inference with the reference to BWFC 'fans' kicking off at Luton. Maybe it was meant seriosuly, BW and Luton aren't a million miles apart.
As for the behaviour of K's fans, I can see why other clubs might find some of the behaviour boorish, but I'm saddened to hear it feels intimidating. I am among thiose (probably an age thing) who've had my wotsits chewed on our own (K's) Forum for bemoaning what I see as gratuitously bad language from the assembled 12th man. The Steve McKimm saga is a case apart, there are still very strong feelings about SM's alleged attitude towards our club when he was leaving us and since he's left. In general though, I agree that mindless effing and blinding in hackneyed songs is just dull, and detracts from some of the other much wittier outpourings. But i have to say that, in over 30 years of occasional highs and lengthy lows as a K's fan, I've never felt the K's support to be physically aggressive or threatening. (That said, I wouldn't want a loo roll on the back of my head, either - however 'playfully' projected).

The report says "police will take no action as no assault was reported". What a joke.
It's a bloody joke. You can bet your life he would have been nicked if he had run on the pitch in the premier league and smacked a player there.

You would have thought that Duku would have simply reported it as assault? Seems a bit strange to me that Kingstonian launch appeal for the incident and no one reports it to the police??

I know a man who did a stretch in Barlinnie for running on and punching Jim Leighton.

At least one person has said to me that they would have liked to have done the same to FD at GGL. How t f he got away with his manhandling in the first half only that fwit of a ref will know.
