I see no logic in that move at all? They have no money, have given all their assets away including the floodlights, no chance of promotion, and the fan base has dwindled to @300. He cannot even be sure of being paid every week and if the club is suppose to get a fee from Lewes for him I wouldn't hold your breath.
One of the most stupid moves of the summer if you ask me???

All valid points. But........A LEFT BACK?? That's probably to ensure they don't get promoted, a bit bizarre to say the least not a LB in my book? The only reason I can think for the move is the Brighton connection, he may have a couple of mates there?

Sonny does live in Brighton, so reduced travel for training etc. It is also a level above us.

Can I just say that Lewes have not got money problems anymore and are probably one of the safer clubs in the BSS, we haven't sold anything and our average attendance is over 500. We have paid the players every week without fail and may have some people putting some more money into the club. We have also restructured how the club is run with completely new people so no more Martin Elliot possibly. Also I do think he will be used more as a covering Left Back if needed not as a full time left back and we have one already.

This was not intended to drag Lewes supporters into the debate, but I would suggest you read document: 395 05/09/2009 PARTICULARS OF A MORTGAGE OR CHARGE / CHARGE NO: 1 as lodged with companies house. So are you paying us a fee for a sub?

On that site at least 3 of the attendances are wrong by about 200 which would change the average and we only budgeted for about 400 anyway so it is fine. Also I doubt very much that our average the season before was anywhere near 700 as a hell of a lot left when Steve King left.

Not anymore, we have Kieran Ridley instead who is also the Kit man at the moment as more cost cutting, doing a fine job.
