I noticed that too! I'm afraid some of our fans aren't the full shilling (or don't act like they are) and once one thing has gone against us they question every decision & accuse everybody else of anything. Anyone read their manager's notes about their ref against Concord? Blimey, he went for it & actually accused him of being biased. I suppose he thought the ref yesterday was brilliant! Too easy to blame those who 'aren't the full shilling'. They are encouraged by abuse dished out by others who I'm sure do and should know better. I assume they wouldn't use this abuse in any other life situation, so fail to see why it should be acceptable in a football ground. I thought their manager's notes must be worthy of some sort of charge (depite our level). He has basically accused the officials of cheating. Completely unacceptable. I'd hate to think what would happen if our manager wrote that. Utterly disgusting. I must admit at one stage yesterday I did have a quick look where the referee came from!!

Quarm now misses the games against Cray, Hornchurch and Lowestoft, which basically negates the reason we brought him back to the club. Not a happy return.

Well I'm certainly not surprised. One could argue that Q lost us the game on Saturday by his actions. There have been players in our recent past who have come back and been not as good as before they left (Quinton and Palmer spring to mind) but with Francis it was like watching a totally different person. Such a shame compared to the player we had last season. I'd say Dos has done the right thing too, but it is a shame.

Funnily enough, I thought Quarm was playing quite well up to the sending off. Dos said right from the first he would not tolerate players getting stupid cards. Whilst the tackle on Quarm was appaling and should have lead to a booking, retaliation is unprofessional and damaged our chances of getting something from the game. Well done Dos for sticking to his principles!
One final point - perhaps the team should practise squealing like pigs as Bury did. Regrettably, it seems to work well with refs at our level.

Boreham Wood's skipper in giving the ball back to the oppo after a stoppage scored! So BW management told their players to allow H&W to walk the ball in the net from the re-start. BW lost the match.

garethl, it may be too easy to blame a certain element of our support but they were the ones calling the 'keeper a cheat and generally losing any creditabily with regards their protestations through the match because they were ridiculous.
I can't speak for everyone else but I'll be buggered if I'm going to take responsibility for the actions of others. If they are encouraged by others that is not my (or anybody else's for that matter) fault. I take responsibility for anything I yell out because it is me yelling it. I won't for anything that comes out of another's mouth.
