I assume there will be a pitch inspection for this one.
As for the game, it's time to get one over our Kent neighbours. I can’t remember the last time we beat them.

They are also coming into form after beating Kidderminster and Tonbridge (convincingly) so if this goes ahead will be one of our tougher games of the season IMO. If they keep their current side together I can see them quickly making their way well up the table. Only 2 of their league defeats have been to sides outside the top 6. Having said that our stats would say we have only lost 1 out of 4 vs top 6 sides . . . what is it they say about stats? I guess the one that matters is that we lie right next to each other in the table with just 22 pts from 18! I reckon both clubs will end up a lot higher than the current positions suggest.

There's a recent message on the Bromley forum saying that the Hayes Lane pitch is holding up well so far.
I guess they haven't got the drainage problems we're having to contend with at Sutton.

Cheers AA. Other than bottling the spring water that's bubbling up from the GGL pitch Del Trotter style sounds like we are stuck with it.

Here in Kent it has been raining steadily since noon.Forecast to continue till Midnight.KBB might be the one to ask as he only lives a few minutes from the ground.I would think 50/50 chance of match being on.

Sounds like match on to me. Dry all night and tomorrow. If still ok now should be fine for tomorrow.

Surrounding roads have standing water. The fields close to the ground seem to be draining well. I would say it is looking good unless the rain continues through tonight and into tomorrow. Kbb.

The rain has stopped in NW Kent and it should now be dry through to KO. Just add Bromley stating pitch as currently playable after the rain so we really should get a game
