First goal around 20.26 second only a few minutes after. Can we get a new manager now please. Asher pulls one back.

2-1 FT, surely this end any speculation of Massey getting the job.

With every team just above us picking up points tonight apart from Maidenhead who play tomorrow it is now looking vey likly that we will be playing Ryman Football next year with no game Saturday and Lewes away after that we are falling well behind the safety net,and by Christmas unless there is a dramatic turn around it looks unlikely.9 defeats in the last 11 league matches o.k bring in a new manager but surely if the players are not good enough it does not matter if you bring in a magician. No doubt we played well again tonight with the same outcome no points, maybe we should try playing s***e it might help us to piock up a vitory, even I sometimes dont understand my logic.Sorry guys.

From Taz, yes we had our chances.
We need a new manager now, because without one we can't change the players, no-one will join a club without a manager.

I think Massey's hope of the job have gone tonight, its not about coaching a side or even managing a team its about contacts the old saying "its not what you know but who" comes to mind.
2 goals all month in the league tell you we need a decent forward and the fact is Massey don't know one or can't get one. People laugh at the idea of Borg, but who does he know and will players come to Sutton if he is manager. I am not saying he is right man just that we need a manager who can bring players in and has a big contacts list, you coach what you got on the pitch when you have them there, that's where Haze fell down and Mass too. Its does make either a bad coach but managers neither!

I find hard to belive that your sitting at the bottom of the lge after you gave us, Eastleigh such a hammering early in the season . you are by far one of the better sides to play at the Silverlake this season so far. keep your heads up. we had the same problem last season and finished half way up the lge. All the best for the rest of the season apart from against us ;D we need our 3pts back

Difficult to know what to say really. We bossed the game for the first half an hour but then conceded after a long punt forward caught Phil in two minds and their bloke rounded him. We got a corner straight from the re-start, but within 30 seconds it was back at our end and a simple ball across the 18 yard box saw Stadhart strike a softish looking shot that crept in at the near post.
We didn't really come out in the 2nd half as the game turned scrappy and started playing the hoofing game again. We were woefully lacking in central midfield and when the ball did get wide, the crosses into the box were on the whole poor. Asher pulled one back on 85 minutes with a wonder-strike from 25 yards, and we then had a shot cleared off the line, but the game fizzled out with some more time-wasting from the home side.
Lewis was sent off for the second time this season on 90ish minutes for a second yellow card.
The only other thing I can say is that I'm absolutely gutted right now. Sorry for causing any optimism with my thread yesterday

Don't really know what to say.
Lewis got sent off, we had 3 goaline clearances.
Can't add much else. The frustration is getting the better of me

This was our poorest performance since Ian Hazel stepped down. We started quite brightly, but once again were let down by basic errors at the back and a failure to get enough men into the opposition box during open play.
I was particularly disappointed by our corners - we must have had about ten but I think every ball in was won by a Thurrock player.
Had we won tonight, I reckon we would have had a decent chance of fighting our way out of this hole. But with the sides just above us picking up points, things are starting to look bleak.
Whoever the new manager is will have an unenviable task. "Your mission, should you choose to accept it...".

Performance was ok in general I s'pose, but once more, we missed chances and then gifted two incredibly poor goals within a couple of minutes of each other at the other end.
Second half was cack. With the only real bright spark being an absolute belter of a strike from Asher.
OS, we all know what we bloody need on the pitch, but first things first eh? Let's get a frigging manager in place. Can't make changes without one.
Either way. Whoever we get to take over is going to have to pull something a bit special out of the bag (and fast!) as we are looking really a bit f*cked right now.

Really, really disapointed right now, we should of been 1 or 2 up before they scored their 1st, and then we do the typical Sutton trick of letting another one in before the home fan got his breath back from celebrating the 1st. From then on we were on the back foot, again. Adding to that we squandered most of our attacking options, again. Asher's goal was rather good, and Henry (i think) had one cleared off the line. We need a manager and we need one now!
