That will do for me
I'm not sure what the starting line up will look like, aside from the defence and keeper, hard to pick a strongest line up out of a squad of that quality and experience.

I think it's fair to say we'll be in the top 5 of budgets this season. Where's it coming from? Paul Doswell?

I think Dos's company is increasing their sponsorship.

Dos has mentioned that his company will be upping their sponorship and I think considerably. So, the budget is being managed by that, the club and the Striker project (ok, Ade bank details on their way!).
As I posted earlier KBB and I picked out Mitchel Nelson as the defender, so we were bang on. Have to say Dale Binns is a bonus. Can recall him ripping us a new one for Hendon when he first surfaced and has been said, he has done on it a regular basis ever since. Pay back time Mr Binns!!
Dos has made no secret of his desire to manage in The Conf Premier so looks like he's going for it. With the club, the fans and the players & management all contributing off the field, let's hope we can match that on the field too. Alot of clubs will target U's now so the pressure will be on but having put together that run in April, plus the for new signings, I reckon we have as good as chance as anybody next season but it won't be easy. There are other clubs with similar aspirations who will be thinking it will be their year too.
Exciting though, isn't it?

I think it's fair to say we'll be in the top 5 of budgets this season. Where's it coming from? Well, strikers are key is going a long way towards our front line, abbots are doing an excellent job that's generating good income, shirt sponsors, thriving social facilities. I don't believe for a moment this club would be put at any risk or that we'd live beyond our means a la grays, histon, Weymouth, farnboro etc etc Can't wait for things to get going again!! Has anyone asked the question yet? When are the fixtures out!! In Bruce and Dos we trust I believe the fixtures are due to be released on or around 4th July

I think marks right. Dos made it clear he wants to manage us in the conference so this is him pulling in the resources to match that ambition. If we are short anywhere for me it would be a bit of cover in central defence but that's a minor concern alongside the four major signings that have been pulled off and nice and early as well. Could not have wished for more. Considering this is simply building on the foundations laid by the group of players who did so well in the run in last term this doesn't smack of the kind of "sh*t or bust" that's been seen elsewhere so often in the close season. Exciting? Not arf.

The one thing I will say about Dos is he is rarely wrong, his managerial history speaks for itself. Our club will never spend more then it has so the budget whatever it is, is covered. The team sheet reads as one that should be capable of mounting a series challenge for promotion. So what is left is Dos's skill in making it happen and who would back against - NOT ME! What we need to do is get them crowds up and let the people of Sutton know we are going for it. Exciting times indeed

Good point OS. We may potentially have the resources for a stormer of a season, but what's the point if nobody turns up? Spread the word!

OS you must be a Gooner forum member I have been spending hours doing the editing for the end of season DVD which should be available for the 1st friendly. but I am thinking of doing a promotional video for the friendlies if anyone has an suggestions let me know as we can put it on Youtube and spread to the world?

......lets hope that some of the "visitors" who will come to watch the friendlies against Arsenal and Chelsea be pleased with what they see on the night, and choose to visit GGL on a regular basis. No doubt all local pubs and clubs will be given a flyer to advertise these games.

Posters in the shop windows on the High Street would be great.

Dale Binns tells the Guardian a bit more about why he's signed for us...http://www.epsomguardian.co.uk/sport/10455707.Winger_Binns_rivals_for_the_love_of_Sutton_United/?ref=rss&utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
