How the hell are they going to pay him? They couldn't pay their players last season, or has no-one told Mr Holdsworth this???
In addition, while he has good managerial credentials, this smells like a big name signing to please upset supporters, may be wrong???

Frying pan and fire comes to mind, because it all worked out really well for Aldershot didn't it

Jump Tim!
The 32 non-League sides that made it to the 1st Round Proper of the FA Cup are to get a 'bonus' of £11,313. Boreham Wood, Bromley and Dorchester Town are the three sides from the BSS. One or two coming into our division have got it too.

Perhaps with a smaller budget, they can actually pay their players this year.

The Kuwaiti takeover of ebbsfleet has been completed and I see they have cut ground admission to a tenner and free for kids under twelve. If the money talked about turns out to be correct underpinning this deal they are going to be a tough nut to crack but it all hinges on the management team and players they bring in and they are teeing up a series of announcements this week. They say money can't buy you a love but can it buy you a swift return to the conference?

Ebbsfleet United have confirmed they have agreed a fee of £13,000 for the transfer of midfield player Daryl McMahon from league rivals Dover Athletic.
