A lot of very good managers, right the way up the pyramid have a coach at technical area level for instructions and take a seat with a loftier view to get a better picture of the overall game, nothing unusual in that all, JR used to do it regularly, in fact!

I would think that Eastleigh are very happy with a draw at the home of a championship rival. It was a draw wasn't it ? Did you go Billy? I'm sure they are very happy with a draw. You're all for trying to score goals and win games though aren't you? No , i was watching Cricket , and yes , i'm all for trying to score goals and win games ! However in the final analysis if the teams are neck and neck , points gained against each other can swing things round.I hope that makes sense ! It's pointless (no pun intended) claiming some kind of moral victory after Eastleigh have taken 4 points over the two games to Sutton's 1. Also , trying to claim that virtually every goal scored by the opposition is offside is embarrassing.

All discussion after the game is pointless. Should our penalty have been given as a free kick? I'd say yes. Should their goal have been offside? Yes. None of it makes an iota of difference but it doesn't stops us debating the game we have just seen.
Eastleigh will be happy with their 4 points. However will our players take away more belief and confidence from the showing against them? I would if I was in the team. We as supporters are rightly proud of our team.

No I didn't spot it at the time. I was ball watching and followed the guy taking it on and striking at goal.

But hang on, aren't people only saying it was offside after having watched video footage showing it probably was? That's hardly just moaning for the sake of it. We all know we can't change the result of a match.

I certainly didn't call for it from behind the Collingwood goal, so yep, it is based on the video footage. He does appear offside from the corner camera angle. It isn't a moan it is an observation. Something that our Billy fails to realise the difference between it would appear.
