Great come back. Brilliant guys. I think we can take a lot of confidence out of the second half. Onwards and upwards

Reserves beat Hayeading 3-0 in the League Cup too. Cuff (pen) and White in the first half, before Beard wrapped up the win. AJ played at left back for the ressies.

It's afternoon's like that that make grey Saturday afternoons stuck in London traffic all worthwhile. Credit to the team for a magnificent fight back after an apalling first half, when you began to wonder if the defence had ever played football, nevermind playing together! Some real positives - Dundas fought like a tiger and scored a terrific goal. Warren, please note. Paul Honey added some much needed steel to midfield. We scored three "proper" goals and went through the second half without conceding (blimey!). Despite the euphoria, I have to say that H&Y were pretty ordinary - they've only won once at home in the league. Still, if we fight like that and the defence are introduced to each other, there is still hope, albeit slight!
