Only 3 matches tonight but possibly significant on us:
Stoke 0 Concord 0 HT Chelmo 0 Gosport 0 HT H&W 0 Maidenhead 2 HT
That last one puts Whitehawk in the drop zone and see Maidenhead escape if the result stays the same. As for Havant they will go into the last game with Dover hot on their tails!

Finished 3-1 to Maidenhead and Chelmo win 1-0 to secure their CS place for another season. That leaves the playoff spots and relegation battles very interestingly poised

Havant have Angels on Saturday, so would expect them to squeeze through.

Havant's surprise defeat gives Dover a sniff of fifth place. If H&W lose or draw at Tonbridge on Saturday, Dover would make the play-offs by winning away v Hayes & Yeading.

Ebbsfleet play Concord in full tomorrow night - a defeat for them mean they only have to match Havant's result on Saturday to stay above them. A win will see them host Bromley next Weds. Dover are away at Hayes. You can imagine that all 3 of them should get 3 points with Ebbsfleet finishing the season at Dorchester.
Havant still have the upper hand, but need to win to make sure Dover don't sneak in regardless of the result.

Last nights' results mean that not only must Whitehawk go out to beat Sutton on Saturday (a draw is unlikely to be enough for them), they need to boost their goal difference as well. May provide Bromley with some hope that they can still get second spot.

Dave, we would have to lose by 3 goals and Bromley win by 4 for them to catch us, having watched Gosport last night, I can't see them "rolling over" at home to Bromley on Saturday, they were still 'competitive' and will want to finish their home programme with a win in my opinion.

Don't disagree with Stewart or Rambo about Gosport. Just pointing out that Whitehawk will be highly motivated to score as many as possible. Sutton will of course be pretty motivated to stop them doing so.

If you look at the 5 games that have something major riding on it (play off/relegation) there's a funny "top v bottom" feel to it. Only Stortford have little to play for beyond pride. The one which has the most riding on it seems to be the game at Kingfield.
Bishop's Stortford v Maidenhead United Ebbsfleet United v Dorchester Town Hayes & Yeading United v Dover Athletic Tonbridge Angels v Havant & Waterlooville Whitehawk v Sutton United
