They seem to think they are through already, but GGL is a bit of a fortress this season

Our form against top 5 sides is actually better than that, we haven't lost at GGL to any side who have finished top 5 since Welling won the last playoff semi 2 years ago today to what still looks a well offside goal.

I see a Sutton fan on the dover forum suggests there should be over a thousand there tomorrow!!
Surely we'll get 1600-1800 thru the gates IMO.

Probably being conservative on the estimate. You'd expect at least 300-400 from Dover and all the work the club has done on their community days etc tends to be rewarded on the bigger games. Plus a load of neutrals given lack of non league football. Would not be surprised to close on 2,000.

Not to do them a disservice but I went to the wrong game if they finished stronger than us. Maybe he meant they were more sprightly getting off the pitch after the game? If not then he must have been watching Athletico Chelsea on his ipad by mistake or something as we completely bossed the last 20

I always find that a bit creepy - I mean fair enough if an opposing fan goes on a forum to make a clear point (see the guy from Dover who came on here a couple of days ago) I think that's fair enough, but just popping up and making the odd statement here and there like they've been there all the time...just odd behaviour to me. Especially in this case when they post as "sufc" almost implying they are more an official than a fan... I don't know, maybe it's just me....

No, it's not just you, Andy!
In a few hours' time we'll be either reflecting sorrowfully on what might have been or relishing the start of one of the longest weeks in the club's history. #newterritory

What a waste of a great season. That performance was pathetic.
Re-group and go again next season.....
