I thought he was one of our contracted players. Sorry to see him go but i could never work out what his best position was.Always gave 100%.

I won't believe it until it is on our site, Honsec is normally on the ball with these things.
Very good player who like the whole team seemed to lose his way a bit but has been looking good with EH in charge and the new players.

As Greek says, until HonSec confirms either way, it's a post on a forum.
Their website is usually pretty quick at announcing stuff like this as well.....

Lets hope no one else started transfer balls rolling while we were happy slagging them off on here!

I do hope this is a load of cobblers - suppose we'll find out tonight, if not before. I'm surprised (if true) that Craig is not on contract - as I've said before, I reckon he's one of only 2 decent players brought here by Ian Hazel (the other being Warren). His ability to play defence or midfield is surely a bonus.

Players can reject offers of contract even if the board decide to offer them. So the fact he's not on contract doesn't mean the club haven't tried. Or due to finances previously, we may not have been in a position to offer a contract.

Craig is not on contract choosing to leave his options open, you cannot make players sign them. Craig will make his mind up I guess over the next few days, I hope he stays but at the end of the day its his decision. I am sure the club will do all they can to keep him!
