If dos does ever leave do we have a plan in place as he said in an interview during the season how he had spent a million pound since he had been here do we have another backer that could match that?

I can't speak for the club's 'financial stability' as such but with regards to the money that Dos he reckoned it was a million pounds mid way through last season, could be more since then and it was before we got the 3G pitch (which he is being paid back for). The pitch will be a big revenue stream for us, I imagine the reasoning behind that was just as much financial as footballing if not more so.

Dos certainly isn't going to walk away leaving us anything but secure. In fact in his lifetime I doubt he'll ever walk away totally!

The thing is, if Dos hadn't spent that money in the first place, the club would be fine. Not stellar, but fine. We almost certainly would not be where we are now, knocking on the door of the National Division, but we'd be fine. You see, the money that Dos has put in has gone on improvements (e.g. the new terrace at the Collingwood end), not on maintaining the status quo.
What Dos has done has lifted the club and pushed it forward, but if he were to leave tomorrow the sky would not fall in. He'd leave us a richer club. We'd still have the improvements to our ground, we'd still have our excellent new income stream from the 3G pitch and we'd be in a much better position than when he arrived even if things weren't quite so amazing on the pitch.

It's more to do with where that "million" quid has been spent. Most of it on sustainable infrastructure. I'm much more concerned about if Dos goes would we be able to get another manager who knows the players at this level better, and one that could persuade them to come to Sutton for less than they could be paid at Ebbsfleet for example. And one who could manage (not coach, but MANAGE) those players well to get the best out of them. That, by far is much more than the financial benefits Dos brings, and I think it's a bit of disservice to dismiss Dos as a "man who's put money in".
You can put money in and still fail, but you need a leader among men to make it worthwhile. This is what we've got with Dos and he's proved that beyond doubt this season.

I would say we have absolutely nothing to worry about. Dos makes it very clear what a great relationship he has with the Board. He also states on a lot subjects that he had discussed them with Bruce.
Our club is one big team working in harmony towards our goals, thankfully we are not a one man band.

In a word YES! Throughout my eight years here, everyone has made a significant contribution and without the best Chairman and Board you could ever work with, none of this would have been possible. They have backed my every step, and it's more than just a Club to me now,it's like family.Im very fortunate to be able to help with the infrastructure and also the playing budget through Drew Smith Homes sponsorship, but we have all been working towards making the club sustainable, and the three g pitch was a huge part of this. Bruce is notorious for running a tight ship, and we are debt free, down to his and the boards running of the club. It's a huge task running the Club off the pitch, and I must emphasis his team are our equals to what we've done on the pitch during these eight years.
I have always believed this club is a sleeping giant, and again the amazing season ticket offer this season and for next season was another major step in getting our fan base reinvigorated, and giving us a solid base moving forward Its hard for other clubs to understand the Sutton United mantra,"we're all in it together". You get sucked into this wonderful football club, and before you know it your hooked! I've never known another club have so many caring volunteers, all just happy to pitch in,and such passionate supporters who love their club as much as any league club. I feel extremely privileged to represent our Club as the manager, and would never leave for any other football club.Sutton United is a huge passion for me,and it's not in my DNA to look elsewhere.I am a very loyal person, and will finish my managerial career here, and then will join the terraces as a supporter. I'm here as manager for as long as I'm wanted, and certainly as long as Bruce is involved. My family have grown to love the club, and seeing my children so enjoy being a part of the last eight years has been very rewarding. My wife,Katie is coming to the game tomorrow and is also a huge part of what I'm able to do. Hopefully she will see us lift the league title tomorrow, something that I never believed would be possible eight years ago. Your club is in the safest hands possible, and the fact we don't rely on any one person is absolutely the right path. Next season will be very exciting! We will have one of the smaller budgets in the league, and at times it will be very hard, but if we can keep this group of players together I believe we will more than hold our own.All the current squad are here next season, and we only need one or two additions to be competitive. Thanks for your amazing support this year, and see you all tomorrow.#Champions

Thankyou Dos, Bruce and every single person that has worked to make this fantastic season possible.
So proud of what the club has achieved this season.
I think one way we can 'repay' is to spread the word and continually work to increase the attendance. I will certainly aim to 'do my bit'.
Bring on tomorrow! Up the U's!!

Brilliant stuff Paul. Thank you so much for all you've done in helping turn this club of ours around these last 8 years. And here's to many more years!
