To say I'm impressed by Mill Farm is an understatement. What a fantastic stadium. Clearly some investment behind them but not many Fylde fans. Probably around 80 of us. Pitch looks in good condition given the downpour as well. Looking forward to this.

Enjoy the game, travellers. Hopefully Macc’s failure to collect all 3 points will give the Us a boost.
6 points from the two northern away days would be fantastic, 4 points good...3 points the bare minimum I would think.

Nobody around but still feel a bit of a plonker after emitting a loud YES accompanied by a punch to the air...in an empty office on a Saturday afternoon

Great run for the goal by Tommy Wright. Keeper would probably be disappointed with it but Tommy took on two players & a good shot in the corner.

Suddenly they were awake but she did not seem too keen to have a discussion about it no idea why she was in a bad mood.......

Now we're looking over our shoulder. To be fair that was going to be the toughest game in April and to leave there with just a 2 1 defeat isn't too bad compared to how some other teams have performed there.
Tranmere can take over us but all of the others our fate is in our hands. Let's just make sure we get into a run of form. Wembley is now the clear target.

Well, seeing as Fylde are strong at home, think it could have been worse and I agree with Andy, it wasn’t too bad.

Unfortunately I am not sure where the next three points will come from. Will still make playoffs but do not expect to be in top three.

Unfortunately I am not sure where the next three points will come from. Will still make playoffs but do not expect to be in top three. Were you up at Fylde? Interested if that’s a ‘live’ point of view because from the commentary it sounded like Sutton were very good in the first half and not really under the cosh at any time - two quick, lateish goals, one of which a deflection, knocking the air out of us. It’s not a gimme at Halifax but I don’t think it is inconceivable that the team regroups and performs against a side in 15th. Not sure if a loss away at the team with the joint 2nd best home record in the league is the real barometer as to how we will fare on Tuesday. Only a week ago that we had come from behind twice to lead away at half time...plenty of football to happen yet!

Yep all to still play for. This one stood out a while back as our toughest fixture in the home straight. If come year end we have regrets it won’t be this one. Still doing amazingly well, still 2nd. Keep fighting for every point, 2nd/3rd would be great but whatever happens let’s not forget the players and management have done us very proud to be in this wonderful position. Let’s keep positive. I know the man in charge will.

We were good value for the first hour, taking the lead through a fine goal from Tommy Wright who took the ball past a clutch of defenders before slotting past the home keeper. I don't know why Tommy was taken off in the second half, but we didn't seem to carry the same threat without him.
The equaliser was a decent shot that took a deflection, giving Jamie B no chance. A slip from Simon D then let in Danny Rowe, and he doesn't miss those.
We're still second, but other clubs are now bunched up behind us. We're only five points above Dover, who are just outside the play-off places. That game in hand could turn out to be quite important.
