Ok who's up to Halifax on Tuesday ? We need the three points to keep ahead in the play off race but keep an eye on the weather as rain is forecast from Monday evening. Missing this one tonight sadly - it's meant to be a cracking ground up at Halifax. I note they got a decent result on Saturday beating Boreham Wood (without two of their key players in Kosylo and Denton too!) so we'll be in for a tough game no doubt. Hoping for a positive result after Saturday's unfortunate reverse at Fylde. I see Lafayette has been recalled from Maidstone and goes back into the squad - hopefully he can repeat his exploits in the home game against Halifax. Safe travels up for the U's fans.

If any of the squad cast a glance at this I'd just like to say that you've done wonders this season and we all appreciate it.
We know you'll all do your best tonight and in the run in and we're lucky fans to be so assured of that. More than happy about it.
Good luck!

Sounds like 2 awful goals to concede and you can’t afford that and expect points. Results actually went pretty well for us. Saturday is a big game, win and all will look rosy again.

Unlucky... We move onto our next game which is Hartlepool at home, need to win to ensure we can stay in the top 5! A very big game indeed against an ex-FL club!
Was risky putty Beautyman and Harrison on the bench in my opinion and we lost, not anyone’s fault for the line-up or anything, just going through a rough patch like every team does! Hartlepool is a must win or we could slip out the top 5!
(Also why I predicted not a large margin of a win, predicted 2-1, just the result went to the wrong team unfortunately).... 😢 Said it would be a very tough game and oh my it was according to the commentary and twitter!
And congrats to Lafayette for bagging a goal on his return from his loan spell at MUFC, hopefully he can put a few assists and goals in against the pool on Saturday!
