Interesting thing that happened that I don't think anyone has brought up, in the first half the Salford physio decided to run on to the field while the ball was still in play to see to one of their players. Don't think i've ever seen that happen before. It didn't appear to be a serious injury, the player eventually got up without him even being looked at.

I was really worried about Jamie getting injured and noticed he had to change his kit twice. Just a point though. Are we obliged to have numbers on shorts too?* If someone has to change their shirt they have no number. If two players had to it would cause problems for the officials. * I know this would be a problem here though as he also had to change his shorts! The ref has a little thing called a notebook where he can note things like that happening.... |

As for the game - cracking performance from us - the game itself wasn't brilliant free flowing, but our strength and teamwork really impressed and got us 3 points when we could have got 1 or even 0. Best I've seen Josh Taylor play for us, Salford just couldn't handle him.
We're on 7 points, and at the same stage last year we were on 6. Nothing to fear on Tuesday night

Ah didn't notice that. Well I would have thought it's still obvious we're not obliged to have them...or we would have them!
