We used to enter the Surrey Senior Cup, London Senior Cup, London Challenge Cup etc.

I believe the London Challenge Cup was an invitation event as far as amateur clubs were concerned. If I remember correctly the finalists from the London Charity Cup received invitations. It is the competition in which we once faced Moore and Hurst at Upton Park.
