Just seen that he's gone to H&W on loan for 3 months! And he's scored for them today against Maidstone. I guess Dos reckoned he wouldn't get much game time with the new signings. Personally disappointed to see him go, but after THAT miss at Slough with just the goalie to beat, you could see the confidence slip out of him. Good Luck to the lad and I hope we see him back at GGL in the New Year.

Utterly mystifying. I'm not normally one to criticise management decisions, but strewth..….
I bet if we'd had a poll as to which one player should be loaned out, not one of us would have said Jonah.
I'm going to go and lie down in a darkened room because I just don't understand what's going on in the world anymore.

I have no inside info at all but thinking logically if we bring in 2 strikers, then we likely have to relinquish one to balance the finances (after all we did not benefit from the FA cup money we were hoping for). He's on loan so presumably hes not gone for good. If the new lads work out then great but if they don't maybe he'll be back later in the season.

I would have kept Jonah too. Best to come from him you’d think. Hope he comes back with more games under his belt and ready to go. Bairdy said very much part of plans for future.

He also was very selfish at times and in recent matches was anonymous. Also if he regains his speed and control somewhere else he will doing damage to the teams around us. Like Lafayette did at Maidstone last year. As for rumours. Well you all know my thoughts on that subject. |

However we need cover at the back with Beckwith although maybe he's got pissed off. |

That would leave us with 4 defenders in the squad. |
