Things are not looking good for Yeovil Town and Port Vale. Both could in in the bottom two in the coming weeks if their form does not improve soon.

I certainly hope Yeovil Town don't get relegated, I recall going to see them for a pre-season friendly against West Ham and their ground is an absolute nightmare to get to..

As we know very well, form can turn rather quickly so it's looking worse for Notts County and Macclesfield, who both have a more significant negative goal difference. Worth noting that Cambridge, just a couple of points above, are struggling to score goals and letting in a few too. Could all change very quickly down there. Looking elsewhere, Dorking Wanderers are doing a good job in making themselves a National South side next season!

And down in the Combined Counties League Premier, I see Sutton Common Rovers are sitting top of the table with a chance of moving up to the 8th tier next season, although Chertsey in second have games in hand, so it's looking like a two horse race at the moment...

Guilty as charged. Although Andy started it, m'lud. SCR 5 points clear, but Chertsey have 4 games in hand and a better GD. Winner of the league promoted, but I think it's still finally determined by the NLS committee. Dorking 9 points clear of Harringey playing the same number of games, and auto promotion into our league (albeit the division below). "Started it" is a bit of a stretch!

"A bit of a stretch" is also an apt description of what we've done to the parameters of this thread. Keep up the good work.

Who would have thought Lincoln going up in 2nd year in Div 2 and Macclesfield going down after 1 year. It’s a funny old game is soccer ⚽️

It's far from fait accompli yet, especially as Lincoln have drawn their last four, but their trajectory has certainly been impressive...

My money is on Macclesfield & Notts County surviving but Yeovil are in free fall. One of our old rivals from the Isthmian League.

I remember Sutton playing them during our ill-fated 99/00 Conference season yet only five seasons ago they were competing in the Championship - this season Yeovil potentially face their third relegation in just six years.

Wasn't the game at theirs one of the few we actually won that season?
I remember them coming to us in the Isthmian league in 1997. I know it was that year because it was one of the first games after we opened our new terrace at the GGL end and their fans smashed the crap out of it. We never managed to get the dents out completely.
