Another midweek where we don't play but our rivals do...
Cray Wanderers v Billericay Town Harrow Borough v Bury Town Hastings United v Kingstonian Hendon v AFC Hornchurch Lowestoft Town v Maidstone United Margate v Concord Rangers
The games that matter to us are at Cray, Harrow and Lowestoft. I can't see Maidstone getting anything at Lowestoft, but Harrow could be a different matter. A long midweek trip on a Tuesday night at a ground that is hard to play at could undo a bit more of Bury's charge. A Harrow draw or win (especially the latter) would not only help us, but give Harrow a fighting chance of making the play offs

Remind me - are Harrow on the list of clubs that like us??? What that list that seems to be forever shrinking - because we are arrogant tossers. Or maybe because we have been top of the league since November. They could well be on my xmas card list if they get 3 points tomorrow!

It's a big week for Bury, not only do they have to travel to Harrow on Tuesday night, but on Saturday they're at Billericay. 2 games which could be pivitol in deciding where the title goes. IMO I think Bury need 4 points from those 2 games to maintain the pressure on us. But Harrow in midweek will be hard. And don't forget Harrow beat Bury 5-2 in the reverse fixture a few weeks back.

looking at the rest of the fixtures i reckon it is when, not if we win the title.

It's gloom and doom merchant here ! Does this take into account if we were to lose all of our remaining 7 games ?

I like your spirit exiledindover but i will not be echoing your comments just yet.
There appears to be plenty in the RPL who would like nothing more than to see us fall flat on our faces so lets get a few more wins under our belt before we start shouting too loudly.
If we can get a couple of decent results in the next two weeks and then make sure we do not lose to Bury, I will review it then. In the meantime, if Harrow or anybody else wants to do us a favour, it would be much appreciated

Obviously Bury failing to win tonight would be a big help, but I still say it's their visit start of April that will either all but kill them off or revitalise their challenge....

Whatever the outcome, tonight is Bury's game in hand so by 10pm we will know exactly what the difference between us and them after playing the same games. And after Saturday, Bury still need to have better results that us in at very minimum 2 of the last 7 remaining games. And if they fail to win tonight, they will need 3 out of 7 results better than us
Oddly enough two old opponents from our Conf South days are in a similar position - Salisbury are top with 71 points, and Cambridge City have 64 points with a game in hand. The big difference is whilst Bury are 2nd compared to our 1st, Cambridge are 6th! I'd rather be in our position thanks!

Looking at the results there are only 2 teams in the league that we have not taken at least 3 points off - Bury and Concord. All the teams we have left to play apart from Bury we have taken 3 points off already.
At the moment, to answer KBB - if we lose all our games, Bury still have to win 3 from their last 8, Lowestoft, Tonbridge, Hornchurch and Canvey 5 of their last 8/9 games, and Ks and Concord 6 out of their last 8.
