It was undoubtedly a good performance and a deserved three points, but I couldn't share in the elation at the final whistle. Everybody at the club should be aware that there's still an awful lot of work to do to dig ourselves out of the hole we slipped into during a torrid October when there were too many self-inflicted wounds. Our next four games are all against top-half sides, and we probably need a minimum of six points from those to climb away from trouble. Bloody hell AA, I walked out with a massive smile, a spring in my step and not a care in the world. I spoke to anyone who’d listen in the bar afterwards about how good we’ve been in the last two games. And only stopped grinning when I had to go to work this morning. I’m going to watch the highlights again to relive the ecstasy. Cheer up!!!

Time will tell if Saturday's result was the start of a revival or a false dawn. Of course I hope it's the former. But I well remember the win at St Albans in January 2008 - when I was elated - which turned out to be the latter.

So from what I understand from the above posts the back four from right to left was Barden, John, Goodliffe and Wyatt.

Best feeling possible for any football fan when your team wins. Happy doesn't do it justice. Total lack of passion and if you don't have that for your club, what's the point?

I’ve got a funeral to go to on Thursday , perhaps that is more AA’s thing !! Only joking mate.
I for one was over the moon with the result and it made my weekend and still beam with happiness every time I think of the result .

And in that first sentence why I have curtailed my input on here. If you can't be elated after a first win in weeks I think you should take up watching something else or watching someone else. Jesus. If you want to experience the complete antithesis of elation, try watching Gary Johnson's post match interview!

Are we really gatekeeping how people are and aren't allowed to feel and who is allowed to call themselves supporters? Because I was under the impression that everyone was different and that there was no right and wrong way to feel. (Don't bother telling me off because nobody said those exact words either - the implication is definitely there).

All we need is Andy K to like Sal's post and we have the golden triangle that exists on here complete.
