Too much to hope we are lacking his pace up front

Wouldn't it be nice to have him back That’s what we all want. However Millwall had loan inquiries from league one clubs during the summer for Olaofe. So we will be very fortunate if he comes back to Sutton.

If his advisers are smart cookies 🍪 they’ll nudge him back to GGL and he should aspire to score 20 goals for us which should secure a play-off position and league one football via Wembley next season.
Then Isaac can head back to Millwall and start in the championship.
Oliver Skipp Norwich championship footballer last season and started for Tottenham ahead of H Winks/M Sissoko/Ndombele against the champions City….

Irrespective of what happens, the pinned tweet on Tanto's twitter feed tells you everything you need to know about the attachment he feels towards our club, and the feeling is mutual. twitter.com/tantss_o?lang=en

However much we'd love him back or how much he wants to come back, this is something that is out of our control. What we need to do is to plan around him not coming back to Sutton and work on that basis.

Any loan move has to be right for the player as well as the club. Tanto's loan move to St Johnstone didn't work out for him - his move to Sutton United certainly did. As was stated earlier in this thread, game time for Sutton would be more beneficial for his development than sitting on the bench for a Division One club - particularly as he is recovering from an injury that caused him to miss much of pre-season. Millwall know that Tanto had a great time with Sutton, is clearly fond of the club and has good friends among the playing staff (as well as management and Sporting Director) - that has to count for a lot.

Millwall put out a much changed line up for their League Cup tie with Cambridge last night - but Tanto did not feature (not even on the bench). Rumours persist that they are looking to bring in another striker before the transfer window closes. Must be a strong possibility that Tanto will be allowed to go out on loan - somewhere.

Or he's still not fit...

It's true that he is not even featuring for the U23s at the moment. It was my understanding that he was over the injury and back in training - but not yet match fit. It's also the sort of injury that you should not rush back from - always the possibility of a reoccurrence.

Just wondering. As an on-loan player how much of his wages do we pay?

I believe that is subject to discussion and agreement and it can vary from 0% to 100%.
