Completely disagree I expect Kenny, Craig and Louis to play some part on Tuesday night. Even if its just 45 mins to get some minutes into them. And again, why should the Management team give out this information?? It’s will only assist our future opponents. Think about it It’s pretty obvious

As highlighted on another thread we are completely in the dark about current fitness of players. Who is close to a return as this is not evident? Is Tanto carrying a knock? Kenny Davis on the bench but presumably still not fit. Graig and Louis have been out for some time now despite assurances they were close to a return. I don’t expect Davis, Eastmond, John or Barden to figure Tuesday. We’re completely in the dark but you don’t expect these players to figure on Tues 🤔 You’d think 3 players who will start would be Bennett, Davis and Korboa as needing minutes. If we can get either or both of Eastmond and John some game time that would be a decent boost.

Fantastic to be into round 2, we haven’t been there that often in our history. This was always a tricky tie against a very confident team who are clearly a league below their actual level. Important result, important funds. Would be great to get through another round and give ourselves the chance of drawing one of the big clubs (again).

Its only about getting through to the next round, matches like this are rarely pretty, Hayes raised their game, but as so often happens the league side squeezes through. That used to infuriate me but today its good for us

Wins a win innit.
I really didn't believe the possession stats at all. I looked after 15 mins and it showed 80% to H&Y, which was cobblers.
Great goal by Will but not a stellar performance from us, and actually H&Y too. They might be 3 divisions below us but they didn't look like a side who didn't lose until 455pm today.
So to round 2 where we could be playing Doncaster, Colchester, AFCW, BW (eugh), Carlisle, Charlton (who inflicted Dos' biggest FA Cup defeat), Charlton, Chesterfield, Tranmere, Swindon, Halifax, Burton, Harrogate, Kidderminster, Walsall, Leyton Orient, Lincoln, Morecambe, Port Vale, Portsmouth, Rotherham (who kindly disposed of Bromley), Mansfield, Barrow and Buxton (who are the lowest ranked side certain to be in round 2).
As Tim said, we will be ball 3.

The mood of the match matched the mood of my afternoon. I was home-assembling furniture. The job needed to be done and got done. Eventually and slightly grimly.
So...let's not draw BW. Please.

As Andy K has alluded to (above), in Matt's post match interview he provided a helpful update on the current state of fitness of a number of the squad. Sounds like both Easty and Jon have suffered set-backs in their recovery from injury. Also sounds like Tanto (maybe) and Will (at least) picked up knocks yesterday. It is looking like the squad may be a bit stretched for Tuesday night's game with Wimbledon. I think that the defence might be similar to-/the same as- yesterday as it doesn't sound like either Jon or Louis are likely to be ready to start. I hope that we can rest Rob Milsom as by my reckoning he is only one booking away from a suspension. Would be good if we could rest Ali as well as he is likely to have a big work-load over coming months with Harry being a long-term casualty. With Easty looking unlikely to be available, maybe starts for Dundo and Kenny on Tuesday? Wouldn't be surprised to see Enzio, Ricky, Donovan and Tobi all also starting on Tuesday with Richie returning to the bench.

No what i meant was ,how are they collated ? I certainly didn't see Hayes & Yeading having 51% possession.

Maybe the first half possession stats included the time their keeper had the ball.
