Good to see that the away stand is now finally under construction. As is customary to name stands after club greats up and down the country Man U - Alex Ferguson Liverpool -Kenny Dalglish for examples how about naming the stand after Paul Doswell as no one can disagree that we wouldn’t be where we are today without him and he did guide the club to appoint a superb successor like Shankly being followed by Paisley in promoting Matt Gray.

Did anyone else notice on Tuesday that the side panel to the covered terracing next to the tea hut had been removed. Is it just a visibility thing or is it part of the bigger picture?

That was removed about 2 months ago !! Technical reason is that people in that corner have a restricted view so it affects our official capacity.

Looks like my view has been restricted for at least two months then.

I’ve changed my mind. Looking at the NTFC forum and following other comments regarding our ground I think it should be called The ‘Tin Pot’ stand. It will be small and metal.

I was informed the concrete goes in on Monday weather permitting.

I trust I've got this wrong - the wooden surround is a former that is going to be filled with concrete?

Surely the wooden walls are there to stop morons climbing the scaffolding?

Surely the wooden walls are there to stop morons climbing the scaffolding? Well that's what I thought until delboy mentioned puting the concrete in. Just got confused 😃

I trust I've got this wrong - the wooden surround is a former that is going to be filled with concrete? And errant 4th officials especially tin pot kettles. (Shades of M25 supports)
