Actually not true either. The records of Wimbledon FC including their FA Cup win (and the replica trophy they received) belong to the London Borough of Merton, not to AFC Wimbledon, and especially not to MK Dons. Whilst Wimbledon FC actually became MK Dons, they became a new entity and gave up the rights etc to anything Wimbledon FC, so actually MK Dons aren't (yes we know they are sort of) the same club either. So you’re agreeing with me that AFC Wimbledon have never won the FA Cup? Bearing in mind their whole existence has been outside the London Borough of Merton save for 2 or 3 years. They’re a completely different team. Well they aren't the same club, hence why they don't have the WFC history. At the same time MK Dons are also NOT the same team as WFC.

I believe MK Dons handed back all honours to AFC Wimbledon.

I believe MK Dons handed back all honours to AFC Wimbledon. Weren’t Wimbledon FCs honours handed back to the London Borough of Merton?

I am sure the mayor will be at the final and a council delegation if they can get complimentary tickets from the club.

I loved seeing McLean's face when the ref blew for full time.

I would seriously think about editing that last post if I were you. But I'm not you.
This player had six of his family shot dead. I think that you should read more about that before you post inane comments.

I think that you should read more about that before you post inane comments. It was a horrendous comment, but I would just like to clarify one thing - McClean grew up on the Creggan estate. Six men who lived on McClean's estate were shot dead on 30 January 1972 aka Bloody Sunday. I'm not sure if any of the six killed were members of McClean's family, but given the circumstances, his affinity with Derry is perfectly understandable and it is preposterous for anyone to suggest this is synonymous with support for terrorism.

I, you and I'm sure many others would disassociate themselves with such an I'll informed, ignorant and offensive comment.

One thing I would say about McClean is that after the game he was the first one to come over to our celebrating players and seemed intent on shaking everyones (players and staff) hand and congratulating us.

I noticed that and thought that was a very classy thing to do, whatever you think of the man.
