Do we think there will be any changes to the line up.
Highly dependent on the weather as looks likely to snow overnight and into tomorrow morning.

If Smith is fit i can see him coming in for Harry and probably Milsom for Hart.

If Ali is fit then I can see him back in the starting XI. Maybe Donovan too.
Could tomorrow be the second time this fixture falls victim to the weather? The forecast here is for rain and sleet rather than snow, persistent rather than heavy, so I guess we'll get away with it. But it won't be a pleasant evening to be outdoors.
Crawley are second-bottom of the league table and bottom of the form table, but we shouldn't be fooled into thinking this will be an easy three points. They've lost their last five away games (at Gillingham, Stockport, Orient, Tranmere and Northampton), but four of those were 1-0, the other 2-1, suggesting that they play an ultra-defensive game when on their travels. That might influence Matt's selection and tactics. Set pieces could be important, so I'd start with Rob Milsom.

Let us hope Ryan Schofield is in goal for Crawley, although it’s more likely to be Addai. Both are good shot-stoppers but have so many other weaknesses. I know Schofield well…

With games Sat-Tues-Sat-Tues it wouldn't surprise me if Matt swaps the front two around to keep it fresh, as he has done many a time. I wouldn't be surprised if Dennis gets a start although as will always be the case, you can expect the front two to change on 70min (all being equal).
Aside from the usual "no easy games in this division" stuff, this is exactly the sort of game we need to win if we have any play off ambitions, and to do so we need to be better than we were on Saturday. Remember Crawley have by far the worse away record in the league, only managing to get 6 points on the road (all draws) in 17 games.
Crawley are where they are for a reason. We just need to take advantage of that.

While Crawley's form overall has been poor this season, they have been playing much better in their last few games and were unlucky in all of them. This is the sort of game when a player like Ali, who seems to have a knack of scoring goals out of nothing, could be decisive - if he is fit enough to play. If not, Coby is due a goal as he has not scored for a few days.

Agree with the above re. Crawley’s form, they’ve been playing much better in recent games without getting the results. I’d expect Crawley to be more of a threat than Crewe, though perhaps a bit more weakness at the back to hopefully exploit. Think we’ll need to play better than Saturday to get back to winning ways. One thing they might lack is confidence, if we can get our noses in front (particularly early) it might seem a big ask for them.

Accident on the A217 at Banstead on the mad mile will affect the Crawley fans. It affected me and I was only coming from Walton on the Hill. Hardly any away fans at GGL right now.

Result 10/10, results around us 9/10, performance 8/10 and a well deserved 0/10 for the idiot fans who let off a flair at the end of the first half and used continued bad language at the GGL end during the second half. I think we all know who they are.

Is this the first time this season we’ve had a positive goal difference?

Should have been 4-0. The ball was definitely over the line right at the end of the game.

Is this the first time this season we’ve had a positive goal difference? I think after the 27th August Sutton had a goal difference of +1 after Mansfield.
