Great work Adrian their and everyone else who work so hard for this club. Would not worry about phase two, let’s just get phase one done, thats the most important part, getting that stand built. It will also enhance the ground no end and make that side off the ground look so much better to look at which has in my opinion let the ground down. So good to see the ground revolving to make the mach day experience all the better, all so great use off the dugouts. ⚽️⚽️⚽️

From what I heard from that presentation, I would suggest phase 1 is the preparation for the new stand, ie the concrete base AB was standing on.
The second phase is probably the construction of the stand itself.
I, of course, could be wrong.

I just hope, whatever is erected it’s placed a lot nearer the pitch, beyond the current boundary fence would be ideal.

Think the concrete slab is where the goodliffe stand was, so by the looks off thing there’s a lot of ground work to do. I would imagine that the new stand will be up by the pitch to get a perfect view. We shall just have to wait and see what happens. ⚽️⚽️⚽️

To clarify the grandstand seats were washed by hand,

Well that's not going to happen (hopefully) as that would destroy the view from the top of la curva.

Will the curva still be there because the new stand really should be by the pitch other wise won’t look right and also help with atmosphere of the ground, just have to wait and see ⚽️⚽️⚽️

I suspect that La Curva will go eventually if we continue to stay in the EFL and punch above our weight but the club has to have a minimum capacity of 5000 so La Curva will be there for a while. I do hope the new stand will be a lot closer to the pitch. It makes sense given the room we have. If we do a Luton then it will need to be

Are we squeezing a circa 1,000 seat stand between the curva and the current covered terracing? Surprised that is enough space. I always assumed the covered terrace would be going as part of this. If that is the case I don’t see how it can be closer to the pitch, perhaps similar to the away stand it can be moved relatively easily down the line as put together with nuts and bolts.
