He did well to get a L2 side. I think he is suited to their brand of football. |

Omar did ok for us but certainly not irreplaceable and again very clear the style of football isn’t going to suit someone who isn’t entirely comfortable ball at feet (not terrible but certainly not a natural ball playing centre half!). Probably now need another centre half, maybe one who is left sided and can cover left back?

His hight would have been handy for some games and he certainly brought strength in depth, he is a decent centre back, but I am not too upset. If he is not replaced then I imagine Steve is confident in Taylor or Williams stepping up if needed, unless they have another replacement planned. I see Coby Rowe has just turned down a deal from Aldershot and left them, hmmmm..

Nothing yet on our website regarding sale of Omar to Bromley so has it been Ratified? It’s on both our and Bromley’s official X account so yes it’s a definite. Am sure just an oversight the website not updated yet. Our website could be the subject of a Steven King film. It was saying that it was about to release full interviews from our two latest signings, for 7 o clock yesterday, when they had already been released on YouTube 2 days ago... I was wondering if someone had spiked my tea! |
