2 - 0 and Jolly is off the mark. The woodwork was also hit three times.Attendance 529.I was very impressed indeed by Fola Orilonishe on my first look at him. Not impressed at all by the new dug outs , what's that all about for goodness sake ?

Pretty good. Room for improvement with our passing and final ball. Can definitely be more clinical. But early days yet and it will get better as understanding and confidence comes. Like all the new signings - Page impresses, the 2 in the middle work well, Jolly gets in the right spot and will score plenty, great goal from nothing.

Billy no need for that, you asked a question and were directed to a thread where there are answers to your question.

Apart from a 5 min spell in each half, I'd say it was all Sutton going forward - much more attacking play than Saturday, and IMO a standard win. Horsham were a better side than Concord were, but they couldn't contain us. 2-0 could have been quite a lot more.
Jollys goal was a brilliant lob, and Dundo did what he does best and made something out of nothing. Fola terrorised them on the left and BWG was doing a similar job on the right. And the defence were solid, with AJ coming in with some of his perfectly time tackles, but the star of defence for me was Kes tonight, who I thought had a cracking game. Not only did he do what he is paid to do, but joined the attack on a number of occasions to good effect.
In the top 5, with only Hastings with 100% record. But there are only 2 other teams yet to conceed, one being our nice neighours, and the other being Croydon, who play tomorrow.
Next up, our first ever game against Folkstone Invicta, who no doubt will raise their game against us. Play like we did tonight with a little more clinical finishing, and however much they raise their game, they will leave GGL empty handed. Well done to Dos and the team

Sounds like a solid start - just what we need. Who was MoM, in people's opinions?

Looked like he was struggling with his ankle at the end. I worry how it is going to last seeing as he needs an operation ...
